Madame Olivia was founded by Oren Cohen and Doron Laurent, two friends who reconnected and decided to build something together in North Miami. Doron is a master French baker with Israeli roots. Oren is a passionate home chef turned restaurateur. The name comes from Oren's daughter, Olivia, whose love for good food and vibrant personality became the spirit of the place.
They opened in 2024 with a clear vision: a neighborhood bakery and Mediterranean bistro that felt like home. Freshly baked challah, croissants, French pastries, artisanal breads, and a full Mediterranean menu, all made from scratch with serious care. The food was exceptional. The space was beautiful. But the social presence wasn't yet telling that story.
We approached Madame Olivia like a fashion editorial: warm light, clean angles, a pace that felt considered rather than rushed. The content was as much about the feeling of being there as it was about the food. The bakery has a warmth and intimacy that comes through on camera. That became the whole strategy.
We also added Google Review management as a day-one add-on. Every review, good and bad, got a thoughtful, on-brand response that reflected the care they put into the restaurant.
CBS Miami featured them in September 2025, calling them "a love letter to community and connection." NBC 6 South Florida followed shortly after, spotlighting them as "North Miami's Rising Cafe." Both features came from journalists who discovered them organically. The content was already telling the story.
